As our members face a shortage of skilled workers in the trades, outreach to young people to increase interest in the trades has become increasingly important.

We directly support the future of trades with the BILD Lethbridge Scholarship, designed to financially assist Albertans who are:

1. Pursuing construction-related post-secondary education or apprenticeship programs and
2. Working for a BILD member 

We award this scholarship to one student each year, helping young trade-minded Albertans build the future they dream of.
